Return & Refund Policy

At Zincavo, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplement products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
