Automatic Refill Policy – Microlabs

By purchasing a subscription product from Microlabs, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below:

Frequency & Amount

You will be billed every 30 days at the amount shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Recurring Charges

When you subscribe to a product, you authorize Microlabs to charge your selected payment method automatically on a recurring basis. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel your subscription.

Optional Service

Adding a monthly refill subscription is completely optional and can be removed before and during checkout.

Confirmation

After subscribing, you will receive a confirmation email from Microlabs with your subscription details and first order information.

Manage or Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is created by:

• Clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email, or

• Contacting Microlabs customer support for assistance

Please include your full name and order number for faster processing.

Deadline to Cancel

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Renewals

Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order.

No Cancellation After Order Creation

Once a new order has been created, it cannot be cancelled, as it is immediately prepared for processing and shipment.

Valid Orders

All orders generated after subscription registration are considered valid and final and will be processed and billed accordingly.
